Account & Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Truckie account and all associated data at any time.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to support@truckie.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include:

• Your registered phone number
• Your name (as registered on the app)

You can also delete your account directly within the Truckie app: open the side menu → tap "Delete Account."

What Gets Deleted

• Your name, phone number, and profile information
• GPS location and route history
• KYC documents and vehicle registration details
• Chat messages
• Road reports you've submitted (reports may remain visible anonymously if needed for other drivers' safety)

What May Be Retained

Some information may be retained where required by law (e.g., fraud prevention or legal compliance records), for a limited period as described in our Privacy Policy.

Processing Time

Requests are processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
